Senior Financial Planning Manager

The Lam Research team is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Manager to join our Financial Planning, Analysis- and Accounting Department in Manufacturing.

This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency gains by partnering with Finance and Operational teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and controlling, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

We offer a competitive monthly salary of €8,500 paid 14 times per year, negotiable based on expertise and skills. This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F, depending on education and experience.

Job Description

As a Senior Financial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting, analysis, forecasting, and closing activities to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality reporting standards.
  • Supporting Accounting activities, including accruals and variance analysis.
  • Manufacturing spending control and analysis.
  • Headcount and Salaries planning, including forecasting and tracking.
  • Forecasting and tracking non-headcount related expenditures.
  • Supporting Manufacturing- and Quality-Cost Reserve Processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Work experience in accounting and controlling, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Flexibility, organization, and the ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
