Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our mixed-signal projects from concept to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who can motivate and guide a team of professionals in the development of complex semiconductor solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and successful project implementation
  • Coordinate mixed-signal projects from initial idea to successful completion, focusing on power management, ADC, DCDC, and radar applications
  • Motivate and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure correct decisions are made through proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project risks and resources effectively, ensuring successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable field
  • More than 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in project management (ideally in the semiconductor industry)
  • Deep technical background in electronics, including knowledge of development flows for complex mixed-signal developments
  • A process-oriented approach to work, with outstanding communication skills and an agile mindset
  • Fluent English language skills, with German as a plus
