We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Central Student Advisory Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff, while also contributing to the development of our student acquisition and events strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice and guidance to students, faculty, and staff on various academic and administrative matters
* Develop and implement effective student acquisition and events strategies to promote the university's programs and services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging web and social media content
* Support the development of projects related to student information and counseling
* Network and build relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration

Requirements

* Completed Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of the education and labor market in the region is an advantage
* Experience in training and advising pupils and students is an advantage
* Moderation and presentation experience is an advantage
* Good knowledge of university structures is required
* Good knowledge of LFU's study programs is required
* Very good written and spoken German
* Good written and spoken English
* Confident use of IT and knowledge of the entire Office package
* Team spirit
* Contact and communication skills
* A sense of responsibility

* Ability to work independently
* Willingness to work weekends and evenings
* Willingness to travel
