We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead Business Applications Delivery Specialist to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers in analyzing business processes, creating system designs, and implementing projects for ERP, CRM, and other business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 6-10 project managers in analyzing business processes, creating system designs, and implementing projects for ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
  • Business Alignment: Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment on resources and delivery requirements.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the business application landscape, in collaboration with experts in the team.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget and ensure the supply of third-party solution providers.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure that work processes are conducive to interdepartmental collaboration and successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree (master) in information technology, business informatics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience leading a team, with a focus on enablement.
  • Technical Skills: 8+ years of experience with delivery for business applications, knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics suite a plus.
  • Project Management: Strong knowledge in project management, experience with Prince2 is advantageous.
  • Business Acumen: Driven by business outcomes and experienced in change management to achieve them.
