Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist at MED-EL, you will be responsible for the governance, training, and support of PowerPlatform. This includes the lifecycle management of smaller custom-built business applications, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and requirement analysis of changes. You will also align with other Business Application system owners to ensure seamless integration.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a higher technical education in Informatics or a similar field, and/or relevant professional experience. You should have knowledge of PowerPlatform, PowerApps, and Automate, as well as basic knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Object Oriented programming, C# or Java is preferred. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and development is also essential.

Further Information:
The salary will be determined based on professional experience, with a minimum salary of €41,691.44 according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is to be filled immediately.
