About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cognitive Automation Specialist to join our team at Intelligent NLU GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Success & Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering intelligent automation solutions to our customers based on our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Planning and Solution Design: Transform customer requirements into efficient cognitive automation workflows by leveraging our internal software solutions suite.
  • Ongoing Technical Communication: Own the technical communication across various stages with the customer and serve as the trusted go-to technical contact.
  • Solution Implementation: Deliver the implementation of cognitive automation solutions to meet customer requirements within the project timeline.
  • Navigating Enterprise Environments: Use your knowledge of enterprise environments to help customers set up communication efficiently, communicate requirements and responsibilities clearly, ensure fast feedback loops, and support the setup and use of our on-premise software solutions.
  • Data Transformation and Analysis: Transform data from customers into high-quality input for machine learning and data analysis, including data gathering, exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, transforming data, data validation, and optimization of data label quality.
  • Solution Maintenance and Support: Ensure that delivered solutions continue to operate smoothly and provide proactive technical support to customers as needed.
  • Process Improvement and Code Contribution: Establish implementation processes and contribute code that improves the time spent on projects and ensures the high quality of the solution delivered.
  • Toolbox Enhancement: Extend and enhance the solution engineering toolbox with the latest technologies to optimize the implementation projects' efficiency and results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate internally with the customer success, machine learning & product engineering team on project reviews, new feature conceptualization, ongoing customer needs communication, and relevant insights learned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in a quantitative scientific discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or similar) and/or significant experience working as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect or Data Scientist/Data Engineer, ideally with corporate customers or in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with data handling/data wrangling: Exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, data transformations, data visualization, building end-to-end data processing pipelines.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
  • Scientific thinking: Ability to break down a concept into its causal parts, reasoning from first principles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python or similar high-level programming languages.
  • Highly motivated to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
  • Reliable in delivering on deadlines in challenging and new projects.
  • Experience with enterprise on-premise software environments is an advantage.
