About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Operations Specialist to join our Design & Experience Operations (DXO) team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our global experience design community, you will play a crucial role in helping us optimize our design processes, workflows, and guidelines to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our design practitioners' work, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement systems, workflows, templates, and guides that enable our design teams to operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a program of rituals to foster collaboration and learning opportunities within our design community.
  • Advocate for design and experience within Dynatrace, elevating our global design practice and driving best practices.
  • Translate strategic company goals into DesignOps initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Interface with various roles and departments across the organization to ensure seamless design operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX, with 2+ years in DesignOps or Design Program Management.
  • Proven track record of rolling out changes in a large and complex organizational environment, providing measurable impact.
  • Solid knowledge of DesignOps practices and UX methods.
  • Strong understanding of design and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
  • Experience with project management tools, like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with documentation and scaling its adoption within and outside the design team.
  • Experience working with remote and international teams.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
