About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our low code platform, ensuring it is intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain our low code platform, leveraging your expertise in web technologies to create a seamless user experience.
  • Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality, application performance, and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to support our customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in one of the business capabilities, such as web or software development, with a focus on low code platform development.
  • Skills: Excellent coding and testing skills, with proficiency in common web technologies, and experience in user interface design and user experience.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer obsession and a track record of going above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
