About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled DesignOps Specialist to join our Design & Experience Operations (DXO) team at Dynatrace, a leader in software performance monitoring and AI-driven analytics.

As a DesignOps Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing design processes, workflows, and guidelines to optimize productivity and drive design excellence across our global experience design community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of design practitioner workflows and challenges
  • Build systems, workflows, templates, and guides to enable design practitioners
  • Design rituals to foster collaboration and learning opportunities
  • Advocate for design and experience within Dynatrace
  • Translate strategic company goals into DesignOps initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of UX experience, with 2+ years in DesignOps or Design Program Management
  • Proven track record of rolling out changes in a large organizational environment
  • Solid knowledge of DesignOps practices and UX methods
  • Strong understanding of design and collaboration tools
  • Experience with project management and documentation
  • Fluent English communication skills
