Luxury Front Office Manager Position in Vienna

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join their team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. As the premier provider of luxury experiences worldwide, The Ritz-Carlton Ladies and Gentlemen are dedicated to creating exceptional moments for their guests.

As part of this global mission, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office area, including the front desk, guest services, concierge, guest relations, and call center. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to provide seamless service and create personalized experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement efficient front office processes to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Cooperate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support decision-making

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in hospitality and front office management, who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to lead and motivate a team will be essential in achieving our high standards of service excellence.

Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 EUR per annum
