Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement of focused programs that have a substantial impact on business performance.
- Identify and address organizational improvement opportunities through strategic initiatives.

- Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives aimed at achieving immediate effectiveness while ensuring long-term operational efficiency.
- Assess and promote internal product utilization to effectively communicate its value.
- Work collaboratively with the CTO, Product, and Engineering leadership to drive innovation and enhance the value of Dynatrace offerings.
- Engage closely with Go-to-Market and Communication teams to create compelling use cases and value propositions for our products and services.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in advancing high-tech products, particularly in software.
- Background in entrepreneurship, product management, technology, or development leadership is advantageous.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, creativity, and efficiency in addressing complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently while recognizing the importance of close collaboration with colleagues and other teams.
