Position Overview

Are you ready to contribute to the energy transition? We are seeking a Senior Financial Controlling Specialist (f/m/x) with over five years of expertise to take charge of our financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our dedicated team, you will:

  • Prepare and scrutinize precise financial reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Deliver insights into financial performance and trends to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee a comprehensive monthly rolling forecast process.
  • Develop detailed financial plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Design, implement, and sustain an efficient controlling system framework.
  • Research and assess innovative tools for financial planning and analysis.
Candidate Profile

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Have experience in dynamic start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Be familiar with controlling and accounting software such as PowerBI or BMD.
  • Communicate fluently in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Reside in or near Vienna.
  • Exhibit a detail-oriented and organized work style, complemented by a proactive approach.
  • Possess a background in business intelligence is a plus.
  • Be a curious individual with a good sense of humor.
