Erste Group, a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, seeks an experienced Chief Payments Strategy Officer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in SEPA payments services and product management to drive the development of innovative payment solutions.

As a key member of our Group Payments Operations and Clearing unit, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and priorities for our self-organizing scrum/agile team and other stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to maintain close cooperation relationships with business stakeholders and product management teams to create and implement new products and services.

To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong background in economics, finance, technology, or science, with a minimum of three years' experience in SEPA payments-related services. You should also possess excellent project management skills, as well as customer-oriented and high communication skills. Fluency in English and German is essential.
