At Raiffeisen Capital Management AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief IT Strategy and Operations Director to lead our forward-thinking team in shaping the future of IT within the dynamic world of asset management.

About the Role

This key position involves steering our IT capabilities through the ongoing transformation of the industry and regulatory environment. As the Chief IT Strategy and Operations Director, you will not only influence the strategy but also drive the evolution of our operating model.

Your Mission at Raiffeisen Capital Management
  • Craft and actively manage the strategic IT roadmap in alignment with both RCM's and RBI's business strategies
  • Lead the coordination and progression of RCM's IT sourcing strategy in partnership with business units
  • Drive the continuous development of the IT platform, integrating business needs with strategic IT goals
  • Oversee the management of IT expenditure within RCM
  • Handle IT demand management processes to align with business and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a business-oriented IT organization, ensuring service level and access management, regulatory compliance, and budget oversight
Your Key Competencies
  • Proficiency in strategic IT planning, IT governance, and platform development
  • Work experience in IT demand management and budget planning
  • Knowledge of IT service level and access management
  • Familiarity with IT control frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA)
  • Understanding of IT security principles, especially in the context of asset management
  • Proficiency in German and English for communication with tech and non-tech stakeholders
