We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Marketing to join our team in Dornbirn, Austria. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing a premium brand strategy for Zumtobel, emphasizing the company's position as a market leader in the lighting industry.

Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a team of international marketing experts, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing a comprehensive global brand strategy that reinforces Zumtobel's premium positioning and appeals to a new generation of customers
• Executing and influencing brand ambassadorship, leveraging strong communication skills to engage key stakeholders and audiences
• Conducting market research and analyzing trends to create a differentiating brand positioning
• Driving performance by evaluating marketing initiatives and adapting or starting new campaigns based on data analysis
• Inspiring collaboration and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A proven track record in brand repositioning, preferably in a premium segment, with at least 5 years of experience in comparable marketing roles
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to evaluate metrics and adjust plans accordingly in a fast-paced global environment
• Strong digital and operative marketing expertise, including proficiency in cutting-edge marketing techniques and tools
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
