About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to join our team at Auto Zellner ZPL/ HR 4.0. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading and planning the deployment of employees and subcontractors to ensure efficient and successful implementation of installation projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and plan the deployment of employees and subcontractors to ensure efficient and successful implementation of installation projects
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, deadlines, quality requirements, cost targets, and environmental aspects throughout the project
  • Compile deficiency lists to identify potential problems or weaknesses in the installation and take appropriate measures to address them
  • Continuously optimize processes and workflows through regular analysis and improvement suggestions from employees and subcontractors
  • Create "As Built" documentation for installation modifications to ensure precise and complete documentation of the installation process
  • Take responsibility for international projects and collaborate closely with global teams

Requirements
  • Completed electrical engineering education (HTL, technical school, master craftsman, or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction and experience with medium-voltage switchgear
  • Excellent German and English skills (B2/C1)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • Enjoyment of traveling and high willingness for international assignments

What We Offer

Our client offers an attractive salary package for this position starting at €55,000 gross annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
