Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Visual Communications to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing video and design strategies, managing video and photography production, and advising on creative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Video and Design Strategies: Develop and implement video and design strategies to support departmental activities.
  • Video and Photography Production: Manage video and photography production, including editing and post-production.
  • Creative Process Advice: Advise on creative processes for video and photography shoots, and deliverables for awareness campaigns and promotional activities.
  • External Agency Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage external creative agencies and visualization partners.
Requirements
  • Video and Photography Skills: Strong video and photography production and editing skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and video and photography production software.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management skills, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent intercultural understanding and social skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary and Entry Date

The salary for this position will be determined based on professional experience. The formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41,691.44. This position is to be filled immediately.
