Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Verpackungsprozessmanager, der unsere Logistik-Abteilung in Wien unterstützen wird.

Aufgaben
  • Die Beschaffung von Packmitteln für die Herstellung sicherzustellen, damit die Produkte zur richtigen Zeit, in richtiger Menge und Qualität verfügbar sind.
  • Die Digitalisierung und Effizienz von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen im Bereich Artwork und Verpackung zu überwachen.
  • Ein elektronisches Artwork-Management-System einzurichten und zu verwalten.
  • Die Strategie der Produktgruppe "Verpackung" zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Die Effizienz der Bestellprozesse und -systeme von Packmitteln zu steigern.
  • Die SOPs für Packmittelprozesse zu erstellen und zu verwalten.
  • Die Lieferantenleistung zu überwachen und neue Packmittel-Lieferanten zu identifizieren und zu bewerten.
  • Mit der Produktionsplanung zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Bestellmengen zu optimieren.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene technische, naturwissenschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Life Science-Bereich.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von und Erfahrung mit Artwork-Management-Systemen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozess- und Projektmanagement.
  • Strukturierte, analytische und genaue Arbeitsweise.
  • Lösungsorientierung und pragmatische Umsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Gute Systemaffinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (v.a. SAP).
  • Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (v.a. pdf, Excel).
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Unser Angebot
