Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Product Owner to join our team. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for establishing product ownership over our SAP product portfolio, collaborating closely with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish product ownership over SAP product portfolio
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders & customers to gather requirements, manage expectations, & ensure alignment with business objectives
- Accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Squad
- Lead product strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts to support the ongoing evolution and innovation of the product
- Backlog Management: Prioritise & maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the highest-priority features & enhancements
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Squad, providing clear direction & guidance on project requirements & priorities
- Staffing Squad, long & short term, based on expertise requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or at least 7+ years of experience in IT with SAP delivery or consulting
- Detailed and comprehensive overview of the relevant SAP products (FI, CO, MM, SD)
- Relevant agile framework education & certification advantageous
- Previous experience within a multi-cultural, multi-language organization advantageous
- Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Leadership & project management experience, people management experience is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation through collaboration & influence
- Full professional proficiency English language skills. German and other CEE languages advantageous
