Position Overview

As a Clinical Applications Engineer at MED-EL, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional product support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Remote Assistance: Providing product support through various communication channels.
  • On-Site Engagement: Visiting healthcare professionals and patients to offer direct support, including assistance during surgical procedures.
  • Industry Representation: Participating in medical conferences and exhibitions to showcase our innovations.
  • Sales Support: Preparing clinical materials that aid in sales initiatives.
  • Educational Contributions: Engaging in the development of educational programs for both staff and clients.
Your Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A degree in engineering or a related scientific field.
  • Relevant Knowledge: Familiarity with audiology or acoustics is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and German.
  • Team Player: A motivated individual who thrives in collaborative environments but can also work independently.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed, with a valid driving license.

Compensation

The salary for this position will be determined based on your professional experience, with a formal minimum salary in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement set at €41,000.
