About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our R&D Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide sophisticated calendar management, meeting coordination, and project assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management
    • Provide expert calendar management to optimize time management for the R&D Leadership Team.
    • Make informed decisions and recommendations to ensure seamless day-to-day engagements.
    • Ensure smooth processes at intersections of different functional areas.
    • Support by understanding overlaps in projects and key areas.
  • Meetings & Project Assistance
    • Think strategically about meetings and daily tasks as part of various projects, enabling you to contribute and assist throughout different stages.
    • Assist the leadership team with preparations for upcoming meetings by collecting, prioritizing, and preparing information/presentations.
    • Capture key discussion points, outcomes, and next steps to facilitate follow-up.
    • Exercise your own judgement about processes and ongoing projects to identify potential for improvement.
    • Pro-actively take on and initiate small projects as needed.
  • Travels & Expense Management
    • Pro-actively plan and organize business trips of the leadership team, including offsite events, conferences, and customer meetings.
    • Handle expense tracking and management via Concur.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar assistance role.
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner when it comes to understanding and using different applications and tools.
  • Project management focus in education and/or previous positions.
  • Strong organizational skills and independent way of working.
  • Extroverted, pro-active personality with a high service orientation.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in varying teams as needed.
  • Interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and discretion.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English and excellent German skills on C2 Level.

Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 45,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
