About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management Leadership to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our product management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Methodology and Best Practices: Promote and implement product management methodologies and best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between product management and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Leadership and Development: Collaborate with other directors to ensure alignment and consistency in leadership and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years of leadership experience in a software product company.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, with a strong track record of building and developing product management teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the application performance or cloud space, with a deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
