- Oversee the Business Analytics Product as if it were a dynamic startup, capitalizing on the latest innovations from Dynatrace while leveraging an established platform and a robust ecosystem of enterprise clients and partners.

Our platform integrates comprehensive observability and continuous application security with advanced AIOps, delivering insights and intelligent automation derived from data. This empowers organizations to modernize cloud operations, accelerate software delivery, and provide exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the product and market entry strategy, set priorities, and report on objectives to maximize business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Dynatrace's leadership in innovation.
- Achieve product goals and performance indicators (e.g., annual recurring revenue, growth metrics, delivery timelines) in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Drive growth with an entrepreneurial approach to develop a multi-million Euro solution, working closely with other Dynatrace capabilities.
- Represent the organization and the product at webinars, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the software or technology sector (SaaS).
- 10+ years in a leadership role within Product Management.
- Deep understanding of technology platforms, particularly in enterprise software, cloud, and SaaS solutions, with an emphasis on user and business analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with extensive experience working with global enterprise clients and B2B partnerships.
- Excellence in leadership, with a proven ability to manage and execute effectively in an agile team environment.
- Highly self-motivated and adept at creatively addressing complex challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to engage in C-level discussions.

Compensation and Benefits
