About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Lead to shape and define our solution experience, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled value at every touchpoint with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver an outstanding end-to-end solution experience, driving customer value and business results.
  • Apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, needs, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, easy-to-use, and engaging customer journeys.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, optimizing new product deliverables in alignment with the product strategy.
  • Ensure the solution delivers value-driven user experiences that meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or UX/CX leadership function.
  • Strong knowledge of UX/CX, including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong interest in technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and Application Security.
