Product Management Director

At Dynatrace Austria GmbH, we're seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to lead our product management teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the development of our product management capabilities, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage product management teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement product management methodologies and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance customer communication to improve our ability to inform, retrieve feedback, and excel in support situations.
- Support and promote Dynatrace's values and culture.
- 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent role within a software product company.
- 4+ years of leading and managing product management teams, preferably larger teams of 10 or more product managers.
- Experience in the application performance- or cloud space.
- Track record of building up world-class product management teams through implementing product management methodologies and best practices.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills, and a strong bias for action.
