At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
- Manage product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
