Director of Product Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Product Excellence to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product management strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and vision.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to our product management teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Methodology and Best Practices: Promote and implement industry-leading product management methodologies and best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and excellence in product development.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure effective communication and collaboration on product-related matters.
- Talent Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent in product management, providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of our company's overall strategy, ensuring that product management is aligned with business objectives and goals.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in a software product company.
- 4+ years of experience leading and managing product management teams, preferably with a team size of 10 or more product managers.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams, with a focus on product management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
