About the Role:

VACE Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Manage, steer, and develop an international sales team and define their sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships with key customers
  • Expand and maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in regard of volume, profitability, and portfolio

Requirements:

  • Master degree in commercial and/or technical studies
  • Experience or knowledge in metals industry and/or after sales service
  • Ten to fifteen years of sales experience/leading people
  • Willingness to travel 60%
  • English - business fluent
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Enthusiasm for sales and new technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
