Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage product management teams to develop and execute product strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals
- Evaluate and enhance customer communication to improve product feedback and support
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to facilitate collaboration and alignment
- Support and promote Dynatrace values and culture
- 7+ years of product management experience in a software product company
- 4+ years of leading and managing product management teams
- Experience in application performance or cloud space
- Track record of building world-class product management teams
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
