We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Hays Österreich GmbH.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Capital Market Compliance (CMC), Regulatory Compliance, KYC, and Data Protection. Your primary objective will be to develop forward-thinking strategies in these areas, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative strategies in the fields of FCC, CMC, Regulatory Compliance, KYC, and Data Protection.
  • Lead and coordinate projects across various teams to ensure successful implementation.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address potential compliance risks, while maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Extensive knowledge of financial services regulations, including FCC, CMC, and Data Protection.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or business administration.
