About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Services Specialist to join our team at Veact GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing services activities, meeting deadlines, and contributing to the success of every campaign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of all campaigns across 11 territories, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Monitor the delivery of textbooks and other marketing materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and coordinate text content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of print and digital materials for clients and all brands, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Implement and distribute newsletters, generating and translating registration forms as needed.
Requirements
  • A proactive approach to tasks, with a willingness to engage and efficiently handle responsibilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Power Automate skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Skilled in identifying issues and implementing practical solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Quick to learn and adapt, with a positive outlook and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Fluent in German and English (both C1), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
