Job Description
As an IT Solutions Delivery Lead, you will spearhead the effective implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to meet the organization's strategic goals. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in a cross-functional scrum team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions strongly emphasizing the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for developing and integrating with Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
- Evaluate software solutions to ensure alignment with industry standards, best practices, and the organization's architectural guidelines and strategy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in software solution architecture, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and modern development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a software development team in an agile/scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for balancing short-term needs and long-term technical goals.
