Group Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Executive to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna. As a Group Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads and acquisitions on the international market.

You will work closely with the Director of Sales to create and implement a sales strategy plan addressing revenue, customers, and the market for the segment. Your open-minded and outgoing personality will enable you to genuinely care for your clients on property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create new leads
  • Work with the Director of Sales to create and implement a sales strategy plan
  • Provide exceptional customer service and care for clients on property

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry
  • Fluent in English and German (every other language advantageous)
  • A valid work permit for Austria is required
  • Outgoing and open-minded personality with resilience in peak times
  • High organizational and rhetoric skills
  • Sincere care for our clients and their requests
