Job Summary

The Field Service Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers at their sites, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Represent the company to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate actions and minimize downtime.
  • Assist Installation Engineers in resolving complex problems and provide guidance as needed.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support customer needs.

Requirements

  • Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and German language.
  • Full driver's license.
