Key Responsibilities
  • Spearheading cross-product initiatives, from initial concept through cross-functional alignment to deployment and execution.
  • Enhancing targeted programs with significant business impact, requiring creativity and diligence to navigate new challenges in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Identifying areas within the organization for enhancement and initiating projects to address these opportunities.
  • Quickly acquiring knowledge in new domains, breaking down complex subjects to propose innovative, solution-oriented ideas.
  • Leading cross-departmental initiatives for immediate effectiveness and operationalizing them for sustained efficiency.
  • Promoting and assessing internal product utilization to distill and articulate value.
  • Collaborating with CTO, Product, and Engineering leadership to innovate and enhance the value of Dynatrace products.
  • Working closely with Go-to-Market and Communication teams to create use cases and value propositions for our offerings.

Candidate Profile
  • Master's degree in computer science, Business Informatics, a related engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in advancing high-tech products, preferably in software.
  • Background in entrepreneurship, product management, technology, or development leadership is advantageous.
  • Highly self-driven, as well as innovative and effective in addressing complex and unique challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to express ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work autonomously while recognizing the importance of close collaboration with colleagues and other teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • We offer a competitive salary starting at a minimum of 60,000 € gross per year based on full-time employment for this role. The final offer may be higher based on qualifications and experience.
