About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As an Agile Program Manager, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the collaboration of product management and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing solutions and core platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Orchestration: Foster collaboration between product management and engineering teams to drive solution development and delivery.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and prioritize solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Agile Methodology: Roll out and scale agile methods and principles across the organization, continuously optimizing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Act as a driver for cross-functional topics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communication and Facilitation: Facilitate solution-specific meetings and workshops, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience as an Agile Program Manager or Enterprise Agile Coach, working with distributed teams.
  • Skills: Excellent project management, execution, and planning skills, strong communication skills, and experience running workshops using various techniques.
  • Qualifications: Moderate willingness to travel, excellent English skills, and a track record of delivering successful projects.
