Position: Multi Project Manager Logistics Automation (all genders)
  • Comprehensive Oversight: Responsible for the management and oversight of multiple projects in the locker systems domain (software, firmware, hardware), from initial concept through to successful execution.
  • Project Planning: Formulation of detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Resource Coordination: Management of resources, budgets, and schedules to meet project objectives.
  • Risk Assessment: Identification of potential project risks and development of strategies to mitigate them.
  • Progress Reporting: Regular updates on project status to senior management.
  • Effective Communication: Close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure efficient project communication.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree (FH, UNI) with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management (preferably in software, hardware, electronics, etc.)
  • OR completed HTL with at least 5-8 years of experience in multi-project management
  • Diverse methodological and tool expertise
  • Ability to maintain a holistic view, make situation-appropriate decisions, and guide the project team effectively
  • Open and goal-oriented communication style

Compensation:

For transparency, the minimum gross salary for entry-level professionals on a full-time basis is EUR 5,000 per month. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
