Job Overview
As an Agile Project Leader, you will coordinate the collaboration between product management and engineering teams for a client-focused solution or the core infrastructure of our offerings.Your role will involve promoting the development, prioritization, and reliable execution of the solution roadmap, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and interdependencies.You will be a key member of the solution leadership team, ensuring that you maintain current data to report to senior management and aid in decision-making.In close partnership with your team, you will implement and expand agile methodologies and principles across various parts of the organization, continuously refining these practices.You will serve as a catalyst for cross-functional initiatives in the capacity of a Project Manager.Your daily responsibilities will include facilitating solution-specific meetings and workshops.Qualifications
Multiple years of professional experience as an agile project/program manager or enterprise agile coach, particularly with distributed teams (international experience is advantageous).Exceptional project management, execution, and planning capabilities.Strong communication abilities, with experience in conducting workshops using various techniques tailored to the challenges at hand, and a passion for working with diverse groups.Experience in change management is a plus.Familiarity with scaled agile practices in large organizations is a plus.Experience with continuous delivery pipelines and cloud deployments is a plus.Background as a software engineer is a plus, providing a deeper understanding of relevant topics.Experience with Cloud application / Product security is a plus, enhancing your understanding of the domain.Moderate willingness to travel is expected.Proficient English language skills are essential.Additional Information
