Director (PPP Focus) - Project & Structured Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Project and Structured Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing project & infrastructure financing transactions with a focus on public private partnerships (PPP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and structure project & infrastructure financing transactions, including risk assessment, cash flow projections, and financial feasibility analysis.
  • Lead and manage financial analysis of PPP projects, including negotiation of terms and conditions of project agreements and financing terms.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities with legal, financial, and technical teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including public authorities, private sector investors, financial institutions, and advisors.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, including client coverage, credit risk, legal, tax, DCM, ECM, syndication, and compliance teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the PPP sector.
  • Share knowledge and insights within the team and across RBI Group's Network Banks.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of studies in business administration, finance, or economics.
  • Professional certification (such as CFA, CPA, or PMP) is a plus.
  • Several years of relevant experience in PPP project & infrastructure financing, preferably in an advisory, finance, or investment banking role.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully structuring and closing PPP transactions in various sectors and regions.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid financial modeling, analysis, and valuation skills.
  • Fluency in English; CEE language skills are an advantage.

Salary

Starting at EUR 90,000,- gross p.a. including overtime.
