About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our Finance Team at Radancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial and metrics reporting, creating and interpreting financial information and reports, and providing insight to management and partner departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial and metrics reporting.
  • Create and interpret financial information and reports, and provide insight to management, partner departments, and other groups.
  • Track and analyze key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating metrics.
  • Regularly meet with department leadership to review, develop, and update budgets.
  • Partner with the Director of Finance Austria on the annual budget development and analysis.
  • Proxy for the Director of Finance during his absence.
  • Collaborate with external collection agency and tax agency.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a business school (HAK) or higher education.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in corporate finance (SaaS Company) or an accounting firm.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft, especially Excel, with proven financial modeling skills.
  • Functional knowledge of financial reporting systems and methodologies such as SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • Proven capabilities in analyzing financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
  • Experience with the preparation and creation of monthly/annual financial statements.
  • Knowledge of Austrian tax law desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • High degree of accuracy, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work.
  • Logical and analytical way of thinking with a strong understanding of numbers.
  • Good communication skills and team-orientation.
  • Collaboration with Customer Success (during the Renewal Process).
  • Collaboration with Sales (especially with Salesforce).
