Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at REWE International IT. As a key member of our Technology Cluster, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Catalogue Management: Collaborate with product teams to create and maintain a comprehensive service catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date service descriptions.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Serve as the primary point of contact for the Technology Cluster, managing service delivery and cluster delivery projects, and fostering strong relationships with internal customers.
  • Service Performance Monitoring: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to drive operational excellence.
  • Service Improvement Projects: Develop and track Service Improvement Projects to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  • GRC Regulations: Guide product teams in the operationalization of GRC regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a comparable environment with a focus on delivery management.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, fostering a nurturing environment for operational excellence.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning and managing projects, with a strong analytical mindset to evaluate ongoing projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • GRC Knowledge: Good understanding of GRC regulations and their practical application.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English, with German being a plus.
