Als Mitarbeiter:in an der Kassa bist du der erste und letzte Punkt der Kontaktaufnahme zwischen dir und unseren Kunden:innen. Du bist der Gesichtspunkt, der unsere Kund:innen dabei unterstützt, das perfekte IKEA-Einkaufserlebnis zu erleben.



Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:


  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden:innen an den Selbstbedienungskassen oder kassierst rasch und freundlich.
  • Du sorgst für eine korrekte Kassenführung und Abrechnung.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass immer ausreichend Kassenmaterial zur Verfügung steht und wendest die Sicherheitsroutinen an.
  • Du beeinflusst durch deine Freundlichkeit positiv, dass der/die Kund:in gerne wieder unser Einrichtungshaus besucht.
  • Du sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit im gesamten Arbeitsbereich.
