About the Job
We are seeking a highly engaged and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hollister Co. Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personalized customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
Driving sales growth through effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling
Contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, and adaptability
Requirements:
Fluent communication skills in English and German
An adaptable and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding sales targets
