Chief Regulatory Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Regulatory Operations Specialist to join our team at deltaconX. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in regulatory reporting, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our regulatory reporting platform, partnering with internal stakeholders, and subject matter expertise in regulatory transaction reporting regulations. Additionally, they will support and consult customers, monitor updates to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements, and communicate effectively with partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Reporting Platform Support: Ensure the efficient operation of our regulatory reporting platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including development and product teams, to drive business outcomes and ensure effective communication.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory transaction reporting regulations, ensuring internal teams and clients have the necessary knowledge to operate effectively.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing timely solutions.
  • Compliance Updates: Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes to ensure compliance with new requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate professionally and independently with customers and partners, managing expectations and delivering results.
  • QA Testing: Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure the functionality and output of our SaaS product meet high standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual with several years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in front, middle, or back office roles or FinTech with strong knowledge of derivatives or securities. You should have a genuine interest in regulatory reporting, a problem-solving ability, and strong proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of XML and CSV is beneficial but not required. Fluency in German and English is essential, both written and spoken. Familiarity with one or more regulations related to transaction reporting is also desirable.
