Job Overview

GlobeAir AG is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice control and management
  • Communication with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms
  • Partner dispute resolution strategy to maintain strong relationships
  • Insurance management and commercial settlement of claims
  • Handling supplier complaints, including copyright administration
  • Administration of tax exemptions and mineral oil tax claims
  • Calculations, evaluations, and analyses for optimization
  • Analysis and statistics for management decision-making
Requirements
  • University graduate or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or logistics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, customers, and clients
  • Ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely verbally and written
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
  • Good planning, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexible approach to work to match operational requirements
  • Good computer knowledge of MS-Office software programs
  • Excellent English language skills, with additional languages a plus (German not required)
  • Must have the right to live and work in Austria

  • Attractive annual gross salary from € 35,000,- negotiable according to experience
