Procurement Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and ensuring the effective management of suppliers.

• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop new suppliers.
• Coordinate and control procurement processes, ensuring that goods and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Develop and maintain procurement reports, ensuring that procurement performance metrics are accurately measured and reported.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet those needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procurement policies.
• Analyze market trends and develop procurement strategies to ensure the company stays competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in procurement software and systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
