Procurement and Supply Chain Expert with a Passion for Aviation

GlobeAir AG is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Linz, Austria. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
- Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract administration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products/services.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, leveraging your expertise to secure the best possible terms and prices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and optimal outcomes.
- University graduate or equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, finance, or logistics.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A competitive annual gross salary from €35,000 (negotiable based on experience).
