Wir suchen eine/n Guest Service Agent:in (m/w/d) für unsere Hotelrezeption.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts;
  • Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste;
  • Verwaltung von Zahlungen und Ausstellung von Rechnungen;
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen über das Hotel und die Umgebung;
  • Entgegennahme und Verwaltung von Reservierungen;
  • Unterstützung im Service und anderen Abteilungen bei Bedarf.
Anforderungen
  • Erste Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption oder ähnlichen Bereichen;
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse;
  • Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst, an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten;
  • Eventuell erste Erfahrung im Hotelsystem Protel;
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Gästen.
