Enterprise Sales Representative

About the Opportunity
Nutanix is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Account Manager in Vienna. This role will focus on driving net new business sales in the Enterprise and Mid-Market space. As a key player in our field sales team, you will be responsible for selling Nutanix products and solutions through Channel Partners, leveraging alliances and ISVs, and interacting directly with customers.
About the Team
You will be joining the MEDA (Mediterranean and Austria) team, which operates across Israel and Austria. Our team is known for its exceptional performance and collaboration, making it a dynamic and rewarding environment to be a part of.
You will report to the Sales Director and work closely with a Pre-Sales Specialist in your territory. As part of our team, you can expect a fully remote work setup based in Vienna, with no requirement to go into the office. This setup allows for flexibility and enables you to work efficiently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Your Role
- As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving net new business sales in the assigned territory.
- You will demonstrate strong expertise in technical specifications required to sell Nutanix products and services to customers.
- You will possess an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape.
- You will work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
- You will utilize target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- You will use SFDC, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- You will articulate the Nutanix value proposition, features, product messages, and positioning.
What You Will Bring
- You will have outside software sales, quota-carrying, hunting, and successful closing skills experience.
- You will have a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years.
- You will have a deep understanding of the customers and partner ecosystem in the region and how the drive for simplicity, cloud-first strategies, and cost savings can build positive relationships and deliver significant sales success.
- You will have an entrepreneurial spirit with an affinity for growth, collaboration, and teamwork.
- You will have a keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts.
- You will have highly organized skills with deep knowledge of account planning and strategy.
- You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
