A1 Digital International GmbH is a leading provider of digitalization services and innovative solutions in the areas of IoT, cloud, and security. We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team.

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for identifying customer process needs and system landscapes, as well as understanding customer value adds around IoT and other A1 Digital Services. You will proactively interact with customers, handle amendments, and coordinate with the Technical Customer Success Management Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer process needs and system landscapes
  • Understanding customer value adds around IoT and other A1 Digital Services
  • Proactive regular interaction with customers
  • Customer amendment handling and implementation coordination
  • Coordination with Technical Customer Success Management Team

You will also support and train customer service teams (L1) for new products and after-sales customer care, incident handling (L2), troubleshooting, and release and outage management.

We are looking for a performance-driven team player with excellent communication skills and a strong time management ability. You should have a passion for exceeding customer expectations and an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality.
